In addressing the brief to provide furniture for specific areas within the Chill Factor^e, we realised pretty quickly that this was going to be a little bit different. We were shown images of Swiss chalet interiors and a specific type of sofa, the likes of which we have never seen before. Constructed entirely from a log framework with leather seating and backrests we knew that the gauntlet had well and truly been thrown down.

We responded by re-creating the sofas at our workshop ensuring that joint for joint and hide for hide we had an exact match. There was one big difference however, and that was the cost, we came in at two thirds the original budget.
